These were adorable (and almost too creepy to eat!) — we actually combined this idea with the eggplant mini pizza idea, so did not make the dough from this recipe and used the sliced eggplant as the base instead — which made it that much easier though!
Very cute! Made them for my kids lunchbox, huge hit
