I use this in the place of sugar. I use it in baking, in sweetening everything from a smoothie to sweetening my coffee.
Clever way to make it easier for adding dates into smoothies, desserts, oatmeal, etc. Simple but I appreciate its convenience!
I remembered seeing a recipe for snickers overnight oats so I used this, some nuts and peanut butter to make some overnight oats and it was so good! The perfect caramelly topping!
Drop 1 or 2 Tbsp on cookie sheet and freeze. Transfer frozen dollops to air tight freezer bag. To use, set out until soft.
