These are such a fun snack and really easy to make! I have a hard time not eating them all at one go, as they are so yummy. 🤭 Thank you for the recipe! 💛
I made these today ! I just had a few questions ; I blended the fruit in my Vitamix , i did not find there was much to strain , there was mostly foam left in my strainer so my question is ,should we put the foam with the blended fruit to go on the stove ? and
when it said to bring the mixture to rapid boil, do we do rapid boil as well for 5 minutes or do we reduce the boil strength a bit ?
I think I will try with other fruit as well , It was not a strong fruit taste but family liked them , thanks
Can you use different fruit juices or does it need to be apple?
Can I reduce the sugar? I guess leaving it out completly would not work.
I still have a lot of watermelon in the fridge, will that work too? 🤔
Do we let these gummies cool in the fridge? Can we use other fruits as well or is the texture of cantaloupe what we need?
Could xanthan gum be used instead of agar-agar?
Thank you for this!! I've been looking for solid instructions for making gummy snacks!!
I love this recipe!
But please can you tell us where to find those cute molds? My daughter instantly fell in love with the ladybugs...
